Erwarb per Sofortkauf den Artikel, der 2 Geräte beinhaltet. Verkäufer schickt nur 1 Gerät, mit der Begründung, dass das fehlende Gerät alleine ja schon so und so viel kosten würde. Aber ich hätte das gar nicht gekauft wenn ich gewusst hätte dass es einbehalten wird, da sonst zu teuer.
Hallo??? Ich habe 2 Geräte erworben und bekomme nur eines weil zu billig??? Warum verkaufen Sie das dann für den Preis??? Ich könnte zum Anwalt gehen, dann wären Sie verpflichtet mir das fehlende Teil zuzusenden.

Ihre Anschuldigung ist nicht fair und unwahr. Bei dem Angebot handelte es sich nicht um zwei Artikel, sondern um einen einzelnen. Sie haben also nicht zwei Artikel gekauft. Lediglich ein Zubehör-Teil hat gefehlt. Ich habe mich als privater Verkäufer bei Ihnen sofort dafür entschuldigt, den Kauf rückgängig gemacht und Ihnen Ihren Kaufpreis umgehend zurück erstattet. Ihnen ist somit auch kein Schaden entstanden.
Ihre Darstellung entspricht nicht dem tatsächlichen Sachverhalt.
