Arrived on time and in good condition, looks just like the picture, however I feel like you should receive everything that is shown in the picture not told that part of the outfit that is shown in the picture has to be a separate purchase. If that is the case then don't show it in the pictures. Dolls were wrapped in bubble wrap and then put into an evelope.
