The 1/144 scale leopard I got is very fragile, the mud flaps and machinegun broke off when I was taking off the supports, and the track got cracked, which isn't a big deal to me. But the barrel also snapped in half when I was trying to put it on, and I had to glue it together. I would say it is probably more to do with it being so tiny than it is to do with the build quality. If you are more careful than I was you will probably have less trouble with it.
