The package arrived with the wrong tracking ID. This seller did not provide the correct data to customs and now customs is requesting I pay VAT+an amount for customs procedures. I will not pay what I already paid, just because this seller did not provide the correct info about the VAT that I already paid. I requested a refund and the answer I got was a freaking joke. No acknowlegement at all about this issue and no indications about a refund.
