After examining the box, which I still haven't opened, I realized the damage was at the time of packing. Someone tried to fix a hole in the box where part of the canopy was poking out with a piece of TAPE. How about putting some cardboard on the inside where the hole is first before taping? Complete waste of my time. Maybe I should change to a negative review.
