We contacted you the first time (23rd May) about the actual style of the product (the style varies from batch to batch).But we never heard back from you, we still chose to ship the product to you.You received the goods on the 10th of June before you responded to us.If you were not satisfied we were willing to accept a return for a refund and we provided a return label.But you accepted a partial refund of $25 to keep it, so why did you also leave us negative feedback.We're just a little confused
