Machinist X99 Pr9 is a cheap and cheerful motherboard. Can't beat the price. Works great and BIOS actually has quite a few options for a random motherboard. Note that the front panel headers are not labeled and also wired up completely differently than how you might expect, so it might take some trial and error to hook it up correctly. Use a screwdriver to short the pins to figure out which one the power button is.
