I would have loved to have been able to actually read this book. When the listing said some writing may be in the margins, I assumed it was writing--not scribbling. As a mother of many children, I have a couple books my own children scribbled in, but I never tried to sell them to anyone. I took the description at face value. I wish it would have been more accurate. I love the book though and I do think the price reflects the condition. I just wish it would have been more accurate.
