The PDF file is fabulous. I had a little problem getting a picture of the plan and sending it back to her, but I just responded in ebay to seller and I think that will work out fine. Being 70 sometimes makes it hard to get the PC to do things the way I think it should work. Between downloads, updates and two factor authentication to a different device..... Geee, where is the phone to use to reply!! Anyway this hasn't been that bad and I got the package fast and in great condition. Thankyou !
