The packing of the item for shipping was not adequate. Item arrived damaged. Shipping of fragile items has an inherent possibility of damage however, little protection was afforded this item

I don't see why the negative, I gave the buyer a great package deal, everything else arrived safely and I even offered the buyer a refund. There is not much more I can do. A few parts separating is an easy fix. Buyer could have been a little more empathetic. Won't be buying here anymore to say the least.
