I am rating this positive but there are some problems with mounting. The shoulder on the thru bolts are very close to the diameter of the mount plate. So when the bolt was tightened down you could see curls of the skived shoulder pealing off. Two of the bolts heads really never conted the mount plate even after using a hammer to move. Quick shipping and this is not the seller's fault but the Chinese manufacturer that made the unit
