Nowhere on this seller's information does it say "48 States only." After the purchase was made, a message was sent that it would be $4.00 more. I replied to charge me the additional $4.00. Next time I looked, the order was canceled. This would have been a Mother's Day gift. After I messeged that I would be giving negative feedback, I received a LOT of messages about "why" the order was canceled. I just looked again... no 48 states for shipping! I can't rate other areas - I didn't get it!
