Item was damaged in shipping - buyer was notified and claim was opened with USPS. Claim was paid the maximum amount allowed based on the insured amount of the package (USPS Ground Select - 100 USD), USPS was at fault in this situation. Full refund was issued after buyer shipped item back.Notes:-Item was sent as described and packaged snug within the box-Box was clearly marked with "fragile" and "this side up" stickers-Buyer received damaged box in transit indicating mishandling by USPS
