Item came with wrong HUPAC wagon (DB Cargo instead of Austrian). Key value-forming factor of the item's price. However, still only granted a $10 refund which isn't even 25% of the price. Will not buy from them again.

We do apologize for the issue with the item received. It was felt that the adjustment offered and accepted was very fair. If you had not accepted you would have had the option to return for a full refund.

My comment on the seller's comment: The typical "You could have returned!" argument (would probably still have to pay shipping across the globe, btw) is so overused, rendering it an inadequate justification for the initial mistake. ... and the question how the wrong wagon got in the original Märklin packaging to begin with (the eBay image was correct), remains unanswered and uncommented.
