Seller was contacted before leaving feedback. Seller sold me a 20 piece Pfaltzgraff Snow Village flatware set. Seller only sent 16 pieces! I suggested a small partial refund for their listing error for the missing 4 forks. I was informed that they would rather pay for the return shipping (More than the partial refund I suggested) then offer their buyer a partial refund for their error! All I can say is WOW, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!

I offered her a full refund if the items were returned. I apologized for my mistake and clearly stated to her I would give her a full refund if items were returned. She wanted to keep the items and expected 50% back from the purchase to her for the error. There was no way to appease this buyer. Unfortunately this time I cannot recommend this buyer.

As stated in original and correct feedback left, the seller DID offer to accept a return, HOWEVER, I was willing and wanting to keep the 16 pieces, with a SMALL discount (I suggested $10, this was LESS than it would cost to return the 16 pieces) DEFFINETLY NOT even close to 50% of what I paid! To buy individual pieces of this flatware set it runs $10 each + postage. Asking for a $10 refund was MORE than fair as she shorted me FOUR pieces! This seller is more than a little unreasonable!
