Cancellation Rights: You have the right to cancel this order within 7 working days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the goods (this is the cancellation period. If you wish to cancel this transaction, you must advise us Via eBay messenger
You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.
You must arrange for the safe return of goods to VFM e-store, the cost of which is to be borne by you, failing which, we will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you. On the cancellation of the transaction, we shall refund you the full cost of the transaction (cost of goods and outgoing postage) when the goods have been received by us or within 30 days of cancellation. Where goods do not conform to the implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the cost of recovering the goods will be borne by us. Damaged or Faulty Goods: If, upon delivery, your item is damaged or faulty you can return it to us for a replacement or refund. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery. We will refund all costs associated with the purchase, including outgoing and return postage. The item should be returned to us in the condition it was received. All refunds will usually be made by reversing your original payment within 7 days and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your returned item. The warranty covers defective materials or workmanship, but does not cover misuse, wilful damage or normal wear and tear.
