Bag took a while to arrive and when it did the zip doesn't work properly. I've had to open a case with eBay to get the item returned but I've had to ask them to step in because seller won't send me a postage label or give me a refund. Seller alao keeps sending me messages with weird requests. I'm not happy at all.
