THE ITEM ORDERED WAS BROKEN WHEN I GOT IT. IT IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS FOR WHAT I NEEDED IT FOR. LOOKS LIKE I WASTED THAT MONEY FOR A BROKEN PART. I THINK THE SELLER KNEW IT BECAUSE IT WAS LISTED AS NOT RETURNABLE. I SUGGEST YOU CONTACT THAT SELLER AND BAN THEM FROM EBAY. IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT BUT IT GIVES YOU A BAD NAME.

The item was not broken before shipped, so I assume whatever broke during shipping is due to rough handling. All my listings are listed with "no returns", but if something is broken or not as described from listing upon receiving, I can and have refunded money before. Buyer did not even try to communicate this with me first to work it out, instead left negative feedback to hurt my 100% feedback and feel better.
