you cannot purchase an out of stock item on ebay? when you purchase an item and its the last one, next time you look it will say out of stock, you item was shipped and you received it, your misunderstanding of instock and out of stock on ebay should direct your feedback to the relative people. 1) you ordered an item, 2) it was shipped 3) you requesedted a refund after it was shipped 4) we declined as your item was in transport 5) your item was delivered 6) this here now
