I was promised to have my Nextmug in a Spice Color as shown within 3 days. I waited a week and contacted the buyer. I was told the color was no longer available. I asked for a refund, no response. The mug is still showing as available. I didn't think it was right for me to contact the seller if they ran out. Clearly this feels like a bait and switch. Still waiting for a response for my refund. Not happy, especially after seeing that they are still trying to sell this color that is not available.
