At first he moved the delivery date from April 29 to May 15. When I questioned that, he simply sent back a curt "delivery on May 15". Okay, I waited. Yesterday, May 10, I receive a notice of refund, that the order would not be filled. I now have to go to Amazon and reorder, delaying my ability to use it on my boat, further delaying launching my boat. He should have never accepted the order to begin with. It DID NOT ship Apr. 26.
