Greetings, Sorry to see your comment. For anyone else that might see this, please note I'm sending the buyer:1) Pictures of 3 similar figures. Buyers and these are new in plastic / unopened blister packages. 10000% new. 2) Up close pictures of all 3, showing the same discoloration. IN MY OPINION, THIS IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK DIRTY/UNSHAVEN/STUBBLE. 3) I'm offering the buyer a full refund of their $37. And they can keep it. However, hopefully they realize this is what it should look like.
