Box came damaged because the seller couldn't even provide an actual box to protect the product. You would think for something as expensive as a BRAND NEW Metal Build, they could at least give it proper protect, but no. Not only that, but the box was already opened, and all of the tape was unsealed. I specifically told the seller I cannot accept this if it has been opened, but they just ignored me. I'm now requesting a return because this is just plain wrong and unacceptable for a brand new item.
