Seller failed to disclose the bent top and also failed to disclose the badly bent side. Seller conveniently failed to take photo of the badly bent side. The damages to the case should have been disclosed in the listing but weren't. That was not a nice thing for the seller to have done.

All someone has to do is look at my pictures. It shows every side top and bottom. Although not in perfect shape, it was played with by a child in 1970! It is in good shape and very sturdy and usable once you put items in it. No rips, or tears or broken pieces. Customer never complained to me at all! This is just someone who has a lot of anger in their heart. It’s really sad.

Seller only has pictures of top, front, back. and insides of case. Seller failed to photograph the left outside, right outside, and bottom of the case. The right side has a major bend/buckle in it pushing to the outside of the case which causes the case to pop open when closed. That bend/buckle in the right side of the case was not evident in the photographs nor was it disclosed in the written description.
