Sorry to hear you are having difficulties with the gimbal, everything was working when we shipped it out. Once you unlock the red locking levers this axis requires you to turn both of the silver knobs at the same time to adjust the position. If you need support on how to use it, or adjust this axis, you can feel free to message us since we haven't heard anything from you regarding the gimbal.
