The item arrived broken in a bunch of pieces because there was NO packing at all! you cannot ship a ceramic bowl with no packing around it! They put a Pfaltzgraf bowl in a cardboard box and shipped it expecting it to arrive unbroken. Now they’re sorry that my package wasn’t as I expected it and they want me to return it.
