Sent the wrong clubs so I j had to return them and then DHL lost my clubs (which had been sent to someone else) and It was very frustrating. I did get the club's eventually and they covered import tax because of their mistake. Clubs are awesome, would order again from here because I believe it was a rare mistake on their part mixed with a mistake by DHL. The communication was good except they didn't answer me for 3 days because of holidays in Japan.
