This purchase did not go through, I did not read the description, this was an E Card, the vendor was very helpful and explained to me the differences, I declined this purchase and understood the situation, again no way was this vendor at fault, he was very helpful and pleasant, did offer a partial refund, and expressed his understanding. As far as rating the item, I haven’t seen it, so that would be unfair for me to rate it.
