I ordered the product on 6/17, and received it on 6/21. The product was shipped via Fed Ex and the box was dropped at my front door. Upon retrieving the box I saw the top front corner had been punctured and partially crumpled. Upon opening the box I found the water reservoir to the Keurig K-Supreme coffee maker to be cracked as a result of the damage to the box. I immediately took pictures and messaged the Seller via eBay. I am awaiting a response. I will update with the outcome.
