The bookends were described, "An item in excellent, new condition with no wear." However, the 4 sets of bookends that arrived had multiple scratches. Additionally, 1 was broken between bottom of the bookend and the top. I can't believe that paying $35 for shipping, they only had minimal packaging with no individual wrapping/isolation. Disappointed they don't represent the condition as described in the listing, and for the high shipping cost, little care was taken in packaging the items.
