If I could leave zero stars, I would.
I asked this seller before purchase if anything was wrong with the clock. They didn't respond. The clock was marked fully functional. I bought the clock, and it turned out to be missing one of the hands. I asked how they'd like to fix the problem. They offered a partial refund, then they then ghosted me. Ebay says i can just return for full price if the seller confirms receipt of return. How can I trust that? The seller is a no call, no show loser.

I received an item that appears to be new and in a sealed box. The item does not work as intended. It keeps disconnecting and I have to reset it to connect it again. Resetting wipes out the data each time. I contacted the seller but the seller never replied back.
