First, I gave you breakdown of the shipping cost when you asked. Second, I reduced the listing price from $26 to $20 for you. And you knowingly agreed to the terms. Thirdly, I don’t control how usps handles your package, so they are responsible for the damage to the envelope. Lastly, I offered you a full refund, but you had to cover shipping to which you denied. I gave you options, but you chose not to work with me.
