Seller messaged me to say that the console had a defect and could not be shipped, and that I should cancel the order. I was unable to cancel it because it had been too long since I had purchased the item. I notified the seller about this and they said that a full refund was now being processed by eBay. I didn't receive the refund after a few days so I contacted eBay. They told me that there was no refund in their system at all and refunded me themselves. Very disappointed in the seller.
