Bought off seller and ended up with another item, which was sellers mistake and he took responsibility. Did received the item but because it was swapped with another buyers item the person had ripped open the “new” item from packaging. Didn’t like the fact that I had to take a gamble if I was going to get my package or not but overall communication was good and tried his best to resolve the issue.
