    As described, very good condition. The Dyson works like new again. Seller dispatched quickly but there was a long delay in delivery with Evri. Good communication with seller in chasing Evri and the option of offering a replacement. Would recommend seller but not Evri courier service, they are diabolical.

    Item is 100% as described, a genuine used Dyson cleaner head. Good value at around half the price of a new one. Delivery not the fastest but was free so can’t complain. Item could have been better packaged however arrived undamaged.

    Received the item with big Crack - seller blame it on the delivery company and asked to return the item. Returning item is a bit too much hassle for me (packing, going to post office and pay for the return post), so I've asked seller to compensate by some refund instead. Seller wouldn't agree and I don't have time to waste by going back and forth. I would not buy from this seller again.
