    Link on pendant broke shortly after delivery. Tool to jewelry repair and was told could sauder link. Later told link was not gold and would melt. Had to by a new link. Paid $60 for repair(see pictures attached), notified seller and requested credit refund for repair of faulty and missdvertized link. Seller refused to pay for necessary repair. I had almost lost the entire pendant when faulty link spilt. Repaired it because I liked pendant. Cab eBay step in?

    Only the pendant is advertised as 18k yellow gold. I do not cover repairs for broken jewelry, nor does my listing state this. Yes, it is unfortunately that ebay will no longer remove negative feedback from uniformed buyers (and I will not adhere to threats). The listing is very clear about the item sold, if you break your jewelry yes you will need to pay for a repair. I pray that you will be blessed with the wisdom to make informed purchases and not make un warranted demands of others.

    This is a very silly comment by a disgruntled customer. This customer has the ability to return the item if necessary but chooses not to. This customer is disgruntled because he has ordered an item to Puerto Rico, and his region takes a very long time to process and sort incoming packages. Please disregard this very silly person. This necklace is solid 18k yellow gold, it may be tested, it is stamped, and it does include a gold test certification with purchase.
