Nel caso in cui ricevi un prodotto al destino che non corrisponde all'acquisto effettuato o alle specifiche del prodotto fornite da Desguaces Vinagre, hai quindici giorni per restituire il prodotto. Per quanto riguarda i materiali elettronici, non è prevista alcuna garanzia a causa dell'impossibilità per l'azienda di verificare manipolazioni successive da parte del cliente dopo la consegna. Si tratta di materiali venduti per il riadattamento da parte di personale specializzato e a un prezzo adeguato a tale scopo.

Si procederà al rimborso solo nel caso in cui non sia possibile riparare o sostituire la parte acquistata. Non si effettuano rimborsi in denaro contante per motivi diversi dall'impossibilità di sostituire o riparare una parte difettosa.

Per quanto riguarda i motori, l'oggetto della garanzia è il motore stesso oggetto della vendita, e non eventuali componenti accessori come turbocompressori, iniettori, pompe, ecc., che non sono stati oggetto di fatturazione separata e che l'azienda ha deciso di includere nell'oggetto della vendita. La sostituzione della pompa dell'acqua, della distribuzione e del termostato sarà un requisito indispensabile per gestire le garanzie sui motori. Nel caso delle trasmissioni automatiche, la sostituzione del filtro sarà obbligatoria per non perdere il diritto alla garanzia.

L'alterazione o la rimozione dei mezzi di identificazione di qualsiasi materiale annulla ogni garanzia. Sono esclusi da questa garanzia anche i seguenti casi: parti manipolate senza il consenso di Desguaces Vinagre, ricambi soggetti a un uso non consigliato o non stabilito, ricambi danneggiati durante il montaggio o la manipolazione errata, danni causati durante il trasporto non comunicati entro 24 ore dalla ricezione. L'acquisto dei materiali è subordinato alla conoscenza e all'accettazione di queste condizioni.
