Item arrived damaged. Seller at first claims it wasn’t the card. Eventually realized it is, and refuses to refund or provide return label. Stopped communicating after I insisted. Seller claims german ebay will refund. I call American ebay customer service. They cannot affirm his claims or find proof that he contacted ebay. I didn’t open the return in 3 days because I trusted he would resolve the issue. I paid extra $$$ to get a euro copy, and now I’m stuck with a damaged copy. Terrible seller!
