I was disappointed to receive the Sports Smart Watch with no power in the watch. I then noted the seller does not accept returns, even if the product was damaged which is really not good Customer Service.
I then had to purchase a separate charger, I note Iphone don't include chargers now, but at least the new product comes with some charge! So you can switch it on to check it is working. I hope when I have the Sports Smart Watch fully charged it is working.

Good day Anne, I was also disappointed to receive this review with no communication first, I am always happy to help and only a message away. The watch will only need to be charged and is not damaged, it does not require a cable and can be easily inserted into any USB charging point. Once charged please press and hold the bottom front to turn on.
