The helmet was missing a jaw pad that cannot be replaced. This makes the product unusable. The seller mentioned the missing jaw pad in the product description, but he/she should have led with that - put it in the title, instead of the description on the second page where I missed it; better yet, never have offered it for sale. It never occurred to me that a helmet would be sold missing an essential component.
