we dispute these unsubstantiated claims 100%. my listings state 'new without tags' but most do - this purchaser obviously cannot tell the difference between fine cotton and polyester i have looked at her feedback and see that she makes complaints about most of the items that she has purchased (see her feedback). she is not happy with the item and that is fine and i will refund her the full purchase price and postage.
