We had a few problems with shipping concerning FedEx but this seller went above and beyond to help me get my item. Since we thought it was lost during shipping he gave my money back. He responds ASAP and is great with communication especially when help is needed. When FedEx finally decided to ship it he was nice enough to let me keep the item.
