This seller guaranteed a full refund if I would verify that I used the clippers on a small dog. I then provided the information that my pup is a tea cup Chihuahua. They then refused the refund until I made the feedback revision.. this is abnormal procedure and poor customer service. Why would I change my review if the refund was never issued the problem was never solved . Again I will state these clippers are made of paper thin metal that bends and is unable to cut anything.
