    This seller advertised the EKG w/cart and notified me after payment that the cart was not included but for an additional charge he could send the cart. Then after emphasizing that the machine powers on, he sent the EKG machine without a power cord. He didn’t accept returns for this item so I had to open a case with EBay. This seller had a very rude connotation when communicating with me about the item. Will NEVER DBA!!!!
