The earrings I was sent were nothing like the photos or description....butterfly instead of lever back, totally different to the image and although I asked for dimensions, those given before I bought the earrings made them 7mm longer than they actually are. I asked to return them and was offered a partial refund (twice) which I declined.
The seller failed to send a return label, eBay has now refunded the postage and purchase price.
