Item was not new, clearly had been used before. I saw water in the tubing as well as droplets on the metal parts under the top hood. There was also a foreign object rattling below the tank. The grill was also refurb which I didnt care too much about but the unit will not turn on. I tested the power and it seems like the motherboard is shorted, the fuses worked fine. Unable to contact seller about anything.
