    DVD arrived and I watched it about halfway through it froze up, sent seller a message about it. Seller must think I was not very smart with his reply. I tried cleaning my Blu-ray player and checked the DVD for dust!! Not having any trouble with any other DVD's.

    This message is, somewhat, misleading. Everything stated is true. (Other than thinking buyer wasn't smart) I said that those were the only reasons I could think of why the DVD was causing issues. Then I said, if those issues don't correct the problem, it's possible you may have a defective disc. Contact me and I'll make amends for it. My message wasn't meant to belittle you. It was meant to address your concern and provide options to fix it. I'm sorry you misinterpreted what I was saying.
