I took the camera to BestBuy and they told me that it’s a lens issue or internal issue, however BestBuy is unable to fix the camera because it is an old camera. I purchased the camera along with a 2-year protection plan. I notified the seller and they have offered to give me a partial refund weeks ago. Whenever I contact them about the refund they tell me “to wait” or that they will get back to me. They haven’t gotten back to me since. Horrible commu
