Payment from buyers are automatically accepted by eBay. It is not controlled by the seller. The best we could do was to refund you without delay. Unfortunately the listing of an out-of-stock item was beyond our control and was an error caused by Koongo, a third party provider that synchronises our webstore with eBay. Koongo has acknowledged an error in their script (software) which listed an out-of-stock item in our webstore with eBay. The issue is being rectified.
