Received this bag when expected but the colour wasn't as described so sent it back the day after for refund and I am still waiting to hear from them.

The buyer wanted to return because she said the bag wouldn’t match her outfit for a party. The return wasn’t done though ebay and I wasn’t in when the parcel arrived , I can’t refund an item when I wasn’t in so the buyer instantly left me negative feedback unfortunately. The item is beautiful and as brand new and was returned in the same condition. Buyer has been refunded but isn’t happy I took 1 hour to do this unfortunately.
